Winter/Spring semester 2026 is about to kick off, welcome to our student community! We are very excited to have you here. 🩵
Orientation days of incoming exchange students is set for 7.-9. January at the Haaga-Helia Pasila campus, during which you can also meet us, and get to know our activities and services! We'll have a pop-up stand in the Pasila campus lobby which is available for all, both exchange and degree students.

During the orientation days, ESN Haaga-Helia will host a pop-up point in the lobby of the Pasila campus. At the pop-up, you can become a member and collect your physical ESNcard, receive free SIM cards, purchase overall patches, get to know ESN, and ask any questions you might already have!
Pop-up point's schedule:
Wed 7.1. at 12:30-15:30
Thu 9.1. at 12:30-15:00
Fri 10.1. at 12:00-12:30
You'll also get to hear about us more on Friday during the orientation presentations organised by Haaga-Helia!

After orientation week, all of our services continue being available at our office in Pasila campus, down at the K1 floor in the corner of Helga Lounge, before Helga Kitchen!
Our office is open few times a month during the semesters according to the set and announced office hours. Stay tuned for office hours announcements on Instagram!
