ESN Haaga Helia Privacy Policy

ESN Haaga Helia collects, handles and processes data in accordance of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose of the data

Collected data is used by ESN Haaga Helia to:

• Keep a membership registry required by the Finnish Association law

• Provide services including but not limited to event organising, collecting feedback, and providing relevant information to members

• Send statistics of the membership registration of ESN Haaga Helia for the research and statistical purposes of ESN Haaga Helia and ESN AISBL (the data sent will be anonymised so that individuals can no longer be identified from them)

• Send an extract of ESN Haaga Helia's list of members to HYY's Board, with the names and student numbers of the members included, on the request of  HYY’s Board.

Stored data

ESN Haaga Helia stores personal data for the aforementioned purposes, for example:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Domicile 

• Email address

• Entry semester 

• Campus

• Status

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct frames the behaviour of the members of the association and of any person attending any event organised or co-organised by the association.

Every new member agrees to follow the Code of Conduct when becoming a member of ESN Haaga Helia.
