No. Our events are open to everyone, but ESN members receive discounted ticket prices and priority access.
The ESNcard is a membership card that gives you discounts on ESN events, trips, and partner offers like Ryanair and tomorrow land. It’s especially useful if you plan to attend multiple events during the semester.
Tickets are sold through Kide.app. The ticket link is always shared in the event description and on our social media.

Trip tickets include transportation to and from the destination, as well as necessary travel during the trip itself (for example, local transfers included in the program).
No. The trip price includes not only transportation to and from the destination but also coordinated travel within the destination. For safety, logistics, and group coordination reasons, partial participation discounts are not available.
No. While some parties take place in nightlife venues, participation in drinking is always optional. Many of our events are non-alcoholic, such as cultural trips, dinners, sports events, and workshops.
A sitsit is a traditional Finnish student dinner party with singing, a structured program, and fun traditions. It is guided by toastmasters and follows specific (but playful) rules.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour. If someone violates our safe space policy, they may be removed from the event without refund and may face further consequences.
Each event has designated anti-harassment contact persons. In addition, we have yearly anti-harassment contact persons you can reach at any time. Their contact details are listed on our website.
Most nightlife venues in Finland require guests to be 18+ and show a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or official ID card).
For trips, you should always bring:
Valid ID
Weather-appropriate clothing
Personal medication (if needed)
Travel documents (if required)
Specific packing instructions are sent before each trip.
The tour operator is responsible for logistics, transportation, accommodation, and safety.
ESN promotes the trip and provides group leaders, but does not act as the tour provider unless explicitly stated.
