Prepares financial reports and statements for the board
Ensures compliance with financial regulations
Supports event teams with budgeting
Oversees all internal and external communication
Prepares newsletters, updates, and announcements
Manages official email and information flow
Coordinates public and member comms. with Social Media Manager
Ensures communication follows ESN guidelines
Creates and schedules posts for social platforms
Promotes events and activities online
Engages with followers and answers messages
Works with the Graphic Design and Content Officers
Tracks engagement and improves visibility
Manages and updates the association’s website
Ensures digital tools and systems run smoothly
Supports online registration and event pages
Implements new web features or integrations with ESN Finland
Assists with technical needs for projects and communication
Plans and manages local student events and activities
Handles logistics, venue bookings, budgets, and collaborations
Ensures events reflect ESN’s mission
Works together with Trips and Projects Managers
Collects feedback and reports outcomes
Coordinates student trips with Timetravels travel company
Tracks sales and volunteer spots of the trips
Coordinates cooperation with the PoBS Organising Committee
Plans and implements smaller trips and excursions
Supports Events Manager in planning and coordinating events
Plans and develops local projects and initiatives
Follows and implements national and international ESN projects
Coordinates Active Member recruitment and volunteership
Supports Events Manager in keeping track with events and activities, and handles volunteer resources
Help us plan, organise, and execute amazing events, craft creative communications, design marketing strategies, develop websites, capture memories through photography, and much more based on your strengths and passions!

The board of ESN Haaga-Helia serves as the executive and decision-making body of the association. It is elected annually by the members of the association at an open General Meeting, which is the highest decision-making authority within the association.
Typically, the board for the upcoming year is elected during the autumn General Meeting, usually held in November. However, if any positions become vacant during the year, they can be filled in the spring General Meeting or any additional General Meeting.
